Mitch is terrific in a million ways! I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have contacted him for a flood and some water damage. He was prompt and did a great clean up job. He is a master
Mitch has been servicing my yoga studio for four years now. We practice hot yoga, adding the importance of cleanliness. He buffs the floors and steams cleans twice a year. He comes on time and does a great job. He is a solid resource and very nice man.
We had a flood hazard prior to a class and he was extremely responsive in resolving it all prior to class. Within 24 hours everything was completely fixed. The flood affects on my business were minimal thanks to Mitch.
The thing I also like about him is his productivity. While he is very friendly he does not take up too much time gabbing. I find him very personable and a good guy, but he does not get caught up overtalking. He is truly the best at what he does. more...

Great Reputation
Mitch, the owner operator of RX Carpet & Uphostery, is on every job and very hands on with each job. He is very well liked in the industry as well. We go back about six or seven years as their supplier and repair shop for their equipment. We also offer education so you can bet that their team is very knowledgeable. more...

Would call him in a second
Mitchell has cleaned my carpets on three separate occasions within three years. He definitely goes out of his way to please the customer. He's really really nice and moved all the furniture himself. I have some areas that have taken a beating from this winter so far and I will not hesitate to contact him again for service. I have all positive things to say about him. more...

Great work every year
Mitchell handles the carpet cleaning my co-op building. There are 8 units he cleans annually and makes the carpet look like new. That says volumes considering I think we might be due for some new carpet soon. He's very nice and respectful. I would certainly recommend him. more...

Extremely Trustworthy
I have been using Mitchell for years. He is a very nice man and I trust him enough to give him the keys to my office. We use him at the main office as well as on the different sites. He does installations, carpet cleanings, and upholstery cleanings, but has no problem getting a crew together for bigger jobs if necessary. He did what he said he would
Mitchell had come to my home to clean the carpets and handle some pet odor removal. He also had someone install new carpet in some areas. Mitchell was very friendly and efficient. I plan on using him again on my new home. more...
