Great Customer Service
I contacted FindAPro.com to find a contractor to install gutters on an estate property. I had two gutter companies contact me and decided on Water Tight, which turned out to be a wise decision. They were easy to talk to and work with, especially since I am out of state. I was pleasantly surprised the owner does his own customer service. Imagine the attentiveness of the company when the owner does the follow up.
Everyone seemed very knowledgeable and they were able to install the gutters the Monday after a snow storm. It was quick and done at a fair price. I also received a five year guarantee including their labor. more...

Exactly as expected
They were my first estimate when I was looking replace my gutters and everything went as explained. Their price was much lower than I had anticipated, which stopped me from the need of other estimates. There was one small thing left out, but they came back to finish it quickly and with no problems. more...

So far so good
Water Tight gave me some solutions to a wet basement that I hope works out. They put something in the gutter to prevent the leaves from clogging them. They also put something that has been preventing stains on the gutters. I will have to wait and see if the wet basement problem was resolved over time, but I am hopeful. more...
