Would recommend just ask for specialist technician named John
The only problem was there were "hot' and "cold" spots in the house. Several calls were made in which they continually sent out technicians. The only thing that needed to be done was the recalibration of the thermostat. It took four tech's to figure that out. more...

Had a heating emergency and they were great
They were first in diagnosing the problem. The furnace was fixed quickly, cleanly and they were willing to work with me on the price of the job as well. They were very accommodating and we felt we got a good deal. more...
