Liked what I bought

The best experience
There were three different teams: one for roofing, one for windows, and one for the doors. Each very professional, on time, and arrived when they said they would be there. The workmanship was terrific. It was the best experience we have had so far with contractors. We would hire them again. more...

Never Again
The roof leaked twice and reinstalled all basement windows. The quality of the windows were terrible, messy, and they had no basic knowledge of how to caulk trim or install windows. The door trim was horrendous, too. I

Aweful, horrible, and untrustworthy...I recommend not using.
Every window was drafty. The contractor could not "feel it". I had to videotape balloons and ribbons moving in the draft as wind moved trees outside. I threatened to take them to court to get them to fix it.
They told me part of their clean up was to go around with a metal detector to get "any and all" nails dropped on the property. I never saw that happen. I went around my property myself to pick up 31 lbs. of nails myself along with my husband.
A few months after the job was complete, including the draft from windows fixed, a bad rain and wind storm brought water in from the kitchen ceiling fan. Upon following the leak, after the weight of the water in the ceiling caused the fan to fail. It turns out the gutters they installed were facing the wrong way. For months water from rain and snow was being poured into the ceiling. Can you say mold heaven??
They fixed the gutters and took no responsibility or accountability for it at all. We ate the cost to fix the mold, the ceiling fan, and it gets worse. They did not put a tarp over the entries to the home while they took off the old roof. My husband walked out to have shingles dumped on him- ugh! more...

Affordable but poor quality
The work was not done at the time that was promised. It was five weeks later than expected. The installation was faulty and they had to come back five times because there was a leak. To make matters worse, two of the windows were warped. more...

Very good
Somehow they got all the windows installed in one day. Unified ran into a few a problems, but dealt with them in an ideal manner. I would put their pricing as very good, on the low end. They were also very clean and still got all the windows in on one day. more...
